SwarmLens and Relentless Pursuit of Perfection (rp²) have launched AssureLens, an agentic AI platform for well delivery and capital operations that can turn archived field knowledge into a living, searchable intelligence layer
Every year the industry loses billions to mistakes and incidents that have already been made and, often, already solved. The same operational errors recur across projects, with generations of teams repeating critical lessons buried in reports, documents, and individual experiences rather than being accessible where and when decisions are needed, while engineers who could be making real-time decisions are writing reports that rarely get referenced.
AssureLens uses domain-specific, multi-agent AI swarms combined with human-in-the-loop validation. The platform organises this intelligence across four phases:

- Govern: Contracts, compliance, and risk. Risk identification, quantification, and prioritisation; supplier performance scoring with peer benchmarking; and contractor pre-qualification and vendor risk reporting identify problems before they become projects.
- Execute: Operations, integrity, and cost. Owner-assigned action tracking with automated follow-ups; validation and audit workflows; continuous well integrity monitoring in real time; and AEF intelligence for budget tracking, burn-rate analysis, and cost variance detection across any project type.
- Review: Performance, reporting, and learning. A KPI dashboard with automated trend summaries; global and offset benchmarking to set and track real efficiency targets; post-project synthesis that permanently embeds what teams need to know.
Proof in the Field
AssureLens has been applied to a three-well drilling campaign in a Middle East onshore field, with 12 years of operational history.
The platform processed over 600 daily and end-of-well reports and provided a full benchmarking, risk and compliance analysis. The first pass transformed the historical information into more than 20,000 traceable, source-cited insights. It mapped hundreds of risk register entries against leading international standards and sustainability frameworks, and generated interactive visualisations and data tables.
The optimisation modelling found significant cost-saving opportunities, and every result traces directly back to its source document. With human-in-the-loop oversight, the platform refined these into over 400 traceable, concise insights.
