A perfect 100 score has been given to IGS in energy giant’s field verification report
On-site surface protection solutions company integrated global services (IGS) has achieved a score of 100 out of 100 in a recent field verification report, conducted by an American multinational energy company assessing across multiple critical areas.
Field verification report assesses various aspects of contractor’s and solutions provider's capabilities and processes, including health, environment and safety (HES) performance management, HES management, action item management, field verification, and local focus.
Mark Braithwaite, global HSE director at integrated global services said: "We are incredibly proud of this achievement. This report reflects our team's unwavering commitment to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. It's a testament to the hard work and dedication of every IGS employee."
The energy corporation provided additional feedback, saying it was “very satisfied” with IGS’s knowledge and professionalism, project planning and actions implemented, site execution and schedule adherence, safe work practices, and representative and flexibility to changes.
A breakdown of each testing area is as follows;
HES, or health environment and safety, performance management includes HES KPI performance compared with targets as well as tracking and reporting such as timelines and accuracy of reporting hours and incidents.
HES management assessments include looking at subcontractor management, SSE program management, mitigation plans, behaviour-based safety, incident investigation and reporting program management, hazard identification, and stop work authority.
Action item management assesses acceptable performance indicates assigned ownership, timely management, completion & validation of identified actions.
Field verification requires reviews of field-validated conformance to expectations.
Local focus is assessed by the following factors; forum engagement & participation, HES organisation, employee benefits (i.e. medical services), employee engagement (i.e. employment performance appraisal), regulatory compliance, and ERP.
