CHT will bring its range of products for attendees to see first hand
Kicking off on June 3rd, CHT Group will be attending Battery Show Europe 2025 as an exhibitor in Stuttgart, Germany, at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre, cit the event commencing on June 5th.
The company will be focusing on its latest silicone developments, with key focus on three of its developments: the SilSo Lite 21030, SilSo Lite 21010, and the SilSo Lite 21025.
SilSo Lite 21030 features CHT’s newest silicone foam material development, designed for lightweight applications with high demanding dispensing challenges. The silicon features a low viscosity level. The two-component silicon foam grants good flow and medium density, preventing pressure buildup and level rise.
The material is good for potting, encapsulation, and barrier applications where enhancing optimal flow would be beneficial, such as between battery cells. It also offers high protection against combustion hazards and thermal events.
SilSo Lite 21010 is a cutting-edge low-density silicone elastomer, developed specifically for potting and safeguarding electronic components. It’s optimal application is for integration within energy storage modules in electric vehicles. The material features two-component composition and has low viscosity and low density characteristics.
Safety is provided by the flame-retardant properties and exceptional dielectric strength. The product meets stringent criteria for weight reduction, prevention of thermal chain reactions, and defence against contaminants such as moisture, dirt, vibrations, and shock. This makes it suitable for applications requiring low smoke generation, flame formation, and toxicity.
SilSo Lite 21025 has been designed for electronic components and energy storage modules in electric vehicles. It is again a two-component silicone, with self-foaming at room temperature characteristics which forms a closed cell structure. It meets the requirements for reducing weight, eliminating thermal chain reactions and protecting against moisture, dirt, vibrations, and shock.
CHT will occupy a booth in hall 10, booth E100.
