The change is effective from February 1 2026
The WEH Group has announced an organisational update in the UK a part of its ongoing development toward a clearer global structure and a growing focus on fluid technology solutions
The WEH Group’s portfolio has evolved in recent years, fosued on fluid and high-pressure technology. This includes the expansion into high-pressure fluid components and systems up to 10,000 bar, as well as WEH’s product range of quick connectors, check valves, and refueling components for hydrogen and natural gas applications.
UK organisational update
Effective February 1, 2026, all UK business activities will be consolidated under a single legal entity: WEH FluidTech UK Limited.
As part of this consolidation, WEH UK Limited, LBC Technologies Limited and AC Fluid Technology Limited will be dissolved, and WEH FluidTech UK Limited will become the sole contracting entity for WEH’s UK operations.
Existing contacts, products, services and operational processes will remain unchanged.
Rolf Kummer, managing director, WEH Group, said, “Our portfolio development clearly reflects our strong expertise in fluid technology. Aligning our company names with this focus supports transparency, strengthens our global presence and provides clarity for customers and partners.”
Further renaming and consolidation steps in other countries will follow over the course of the year. The WEH Group will inform customers and partners in each market as these updates become relevant.
