Acteon, offshore infrastructure specialists, and Wynnergy Marine, a Taiwan-based marine solutions provider, have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deliver renewable energy projects across the region
The partnership will support offshore wind growth in Taiwan by delivering integrated solutions combining subsea services and local marine vessels, facilitating stronger local-global collaboration.
Together, the companies will integrate Acteon's expertise in offshore foundation construction, structural health monitoring, geophysical and geotechnical site investigations, decommissioning and digital asset integrity management with Wynnergy's strengths in marine logistics, vessel operations, regulatory navigation and local equipment supply.
The alliance will provide integrated solutions for subsea Balance of Plant (BOP) operations and maintenance (O&M), site surveys, and Double Big Bubble Curtain (DBBC) services.
