Power transmission and fluid power solutions manufacturer Gates Corporation has extended its hydraulic portfolio with the introduction of DIN 3015 clamps.
Sourcing tube routing components from separate suppliers has traditionally meant added complexity, split orders and compatibility concerns for hydraulic system designers. Gates’ new range removes this headache by offering a complete port-to-port hydraulic solution with tube clamping.
Within hydraulic installations, vibration, pressure pulses and external loads cause movement that can lead to wear, fatigue and leaks over time. DIN 3015 clamps address these issues by anchoring tubes firmly to machine frames or mounting services. This ensures orderly routing and protects connections over the course of a system’s service life.
“A hydraulic system is only as reliable as its weakest point, and unsecured tubes are a risk that’s easy to overlook,” said Matt Petti, global product line director, fluid power couplings and tubing at Gates. “Our distribution partners asked for a more complete Gates line, and the DIN 3015 clamp range is our answer.

The Gates DIN 3015 clamp range covers three series to match the demands of different environments:
•Standard (DIN 3015/1): Suitable for general industrial hydraulic installations where moderate vibration and load conditions apply
•Heavy (DIN 3015/2): Designed for more demanding environments, such as mobile equipment and applications with higher vibration or mechanical stress
•Twin (DIN 3015/3): Enables two tubes to be secured together in a single clamp, ideal for space-constrained routing in complex installations
All series are available in profiled and smooth designs, across a broad selection of sizes and materials with compatible mounting solutions for a wide variety of industrial and mobile hydraulic applications.
The new Gates Din 3015 clamps are available throughout the EMEA region via Gates’ authorised distribution network.
