Hexagon launches PC-DMIS Fusion to modernise metrology reporting and analytics

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence’s Stationary Metrology Division has launched PC-DMIS Fusion, providing PC-DMIS users with real-time information, visualisation, insights, and SPC analysis to increase productivity through data-driven decision-making

PC-DMIS Fusion streamlines data collection, reporting, and analysis, helping teams to move from reactive to predictive quality management. Users can automate repetitive tasks, receive immediate alarms when deviations occur, and monitor part quality continuously, without additional complexity.

PC-DMIS Fusion can pair with Maestro, Hexagon’s all-digital, fully connected CMM, and digitally native IIoT device, to create a fully automated metrology ecosystem. Maestro can stream precise measurement data in real time, while Fusion interprets trends, automates SPEC and reporting.

Maestro and Fusion can support virtual metrology and model-based manufacturing by measuring digitally, linking results to 3D models, and identifying issues as they occur.
