The new series is a new edition to LEDtronics range of miniature-based LED indicator lamps

LEDtronics has added a new series to its line of miniature-based LED indicator lamps, designed for the demanding environments of power plants and public utilities, where durability and accurate light readings are crucial

The BS320F-028BZ series is a direct drop-in replacement for similar Ba9s bayonet-base, high-failure-incandescent lamps, such as 2- or 4-bulb #1819 annunciator backlights, for greater visibility of annunciator panel legends. They are suited for use in critical status-indication applications, such as in master control rooms in utilities and power plants.

The solid-state design of the new miniature lamps makes them impervious to electrical and mechanical shock, frequent switching, environmental extremes, and vibration. They also have a broad temperature range and long lumen maintenance.

The latest LEDtronics series has an input voltage of 28VDC and comes in a selection of five emitted colours, including Cool White, Pure White, Warm White, Super Red, Super Blue, and Aqua Green. Depending on the LED colour, power consumption ranges from 0.1 to 0.5W, providing luminous intensity from 0.276 to 2.474 candelas and luminous brightness from 0.43 to 3.95 lumens. The input current can vary from 0.005 to 0.017 amps, offering a no-glow, full-beam output with a viewing angle width spanning 50 to 120 degrees.

All units include a Rynite FR530 sleeve, a Lexan milky-white frosted lens dome, and a T3-¼ (Ba9s) mini-bayonet, with a single-contact brass base for bipolar DC polarity and nickel-plated brass barrels.
