This year L.B. Bohle will again be presenting three world premieres to the trade public: With the BFC 5 we present a new laboratory coater – technically optimized and with a groundbreaking design.
The BFC 5 can be operated with a total of three drum sizes, allowing batches of 2 – 6 liters or 6 – 13 liters. With a cutting disk, batches of 0.5 – 3 liters can be achieved with the smaller drum. A new slotted mini drum for test and small batches of 150 – 350 g now offers even more flexibility.
The small drum is an effective and profitable addition, especially in product development and for cost-intensive actives or formulations.
The BRC 25 dry granulator features a hygienic design, electromechanical drive and ease of use. Disassembly/assembly takes less than ten minutes and no handling equipment is required to change the rollers.
The BTS 200 combines three applications in one system – screening, lump breaking and control screening. It is characterized by high throughput rates.
L.B. Bohle will also present the BRC 100 dry granulator and the QbCon 1, two systems that have won the German Design Award and celebrated their world premiere in 2023.
The QbCon 1 is the only system for research and development that realizes a truly continuous wet granulation and drying process – no partial batches are formed. First-class, usable and scalable results are achieved in the shortest possible time.
In a separate "laboratory area", L.B. Bohle will also be exhibiting its LM 40 laboratory mixer, which not only delivers scalable results, but is also particularly flexible thanks to the use of different containers and bins.
