Global Shop Solutions, a provider of ERP software for manufacturers worldwide, has launched two new AI-powered features, AI Accounts Payable (AP) Automation and AI Sales Order Entry, to make everyday manufacturing processes faster, more accurate and simpler to manage
AI AP Automations can simplify invoice management by automatically scanning invoices, extracting key data, and sending it to the ERP system. The feature is also capable of matching invoices with purchase order (PO) receipts.

AI Sales Order Entry helps staff process POs by utilising AI to read order details and populate them into the ERP system, removing the need for manual order entry and enabling personnel to focus on reviewing, validating, and adjusting entries.
