This new software can model accident data, even in the face of complex results
Design and simulation platform Altair HyperWorks has partnered with data processing software Oasys Primer to produce automotive safety simulation modelling and analysis.
Having received updates to its simulation portfolio Simulation 2022.2 last year, Altair’s platform will allow engineers to prepare, visualise and build data using AI-augmented 3D modelling and visualisation tools. This is similar to how SimScale integrated an AI-based physics prediction feature into its simulation platform in June, but Altair’s combination with Oasys’ pre-and-post-processing software will help to share complex results more easily.
Altair takes the data and use 3D modelling to simulate it and reveal insights. Meanwhile, Oasys Suite supports engineers worldwide examining and sharing these data models more accurately.
