Hydraulic and electric equipment manufacturer Dynaset is establishing a subsidiary in Germany and transitioning to a group structure, with Dynaset Oy as the parent company and Dynaset Deutschland Gmbh commencing operations in Germany.
The new subsidiary is part of Dynaset’s European growth strategy, as the central European location will help the company to assist customers across the region.
“This is an excellent and timely step in Dynaset’s international growth. A stronger local presence in Europe will help us support our customers, dealers and long-standing partners in the market. It will also give our employees better opportunities to build sustainable, customer-focused international growth together with our customers and partners,” said CEO Anni Karppinen.
Strategic and operational management of Dynaset Deutschland GmbH will remain in Finland. A local team will be established in stages during the remainder of 2026, with recruitment of commercial professionals and a technical specialist in Germany.
In addition to Dynaset’s European expansion, the company is also expanding its sales organisation with three new key account manager positions. Two of these positions have already been filled by Esa Kannisto and Henri Hypén, both previously Area Sales managers at Dynaset.
Kannisto will be responsible for developing strategic OEM accounts in the mining segment. His nearly ten years of experience at Dynaset, knowledge of the international mining industry and technical expertise will support both existing customer relationships and the identification of new business opportunities.
Hypén will oversee strategic OEM accounts in construction and municipal equipment. His extensive experience in international technical B2B sales and long-standing relationships with customers in these sectors provide a solid basis for closer, long-term cooperation.
The third appointment, a Key Account manager for the fire, rescue and defence industries, will be announced later in 2026.
“These appointments mark an important step in developing our sales organization. Clear areas of responsibility, strong account management and close cooperation across sales roles will help us support our customers’ success and achieve our growth targets,” said sales director Marko Niemi.
The establishment of the German subsidiary and the strengthened key account management model are part of the same strategic direction. As Dynaset’s international business grows, its organisation and ways of working must evolve with it.
A stronger local presence in Europe will bring Dynaset closer to customers and dealers, while dedicated Key Account Managers will enable more systematic, long-term development of strategic OEM partnerships. Together, these changes lay a strong foundation for international growth and Dynaset’s commitment to delivering even better service.
