Modular roller conveyor systems precisely tailored to products, processes, and layouts
Montech is expanding its portfolio to include a fully configurable conveyor system with the new RB4020 and RB5025 gravity roller conveyors. It is designed for applications that require high flexibility, precision, and rapid delivery
The roller conveyors can adapt to different products, processing requirements, and plant layouts, covering a wide range of industrial transport tasks.
The RB4020, with a 20mm support roller, is suitable for smaller, lighter goods, whereas the RB5025, with a 50mm support roller, is designed for large, heavy products. Both variants are available in single-, double-, and multi-track versions, as well as tandem.
Custom conveyor solutions
The conveyor width, roller spacing, and track length are individually defined. Roller conveyors of differing sizes and designs can be combined to form a consistent, custom-tailored complete solution. Additionally, side guides are available in various versions, as is a substructure based on the precise MPS aluminium framing system.
All components are compatible and can support seamless system design. The configurable system enables customers to design systems tailored to their individual requirements, without detours, retrofitting, or compatibility problems, saving time in planning and ensuring process reliability.
Diverse industries
Their modular design allows the roller conveyors to be integrated into existing production and logistics systems or extended as needed. The systems are suitable for:
- Plastics and automotive production
- Picking and shipping areas
- Logistics and distribution centres
- Packaging and assembly processes
- Airport environments, such as security controls or baggage handling
Montech roller conveyors can support standardised and multi-variant processes due to their variable designs and freely configurable dimensions. This makes them suitable for linear transport routes and for complex material flows involving different product formats, changing process steps, and high-throughput requirements.
