PEI-Genesis, a specialist in the design and assembly of custom-engineered interconnect solutions, has entered into a new global franchise agreement with Sumitomo Electric Interconnect Products, a manufacturer of electrical wire, optical fibre cable, and heat-shrink products
This partnership broadens PEI-Genesis’ portfolio to include heat-shrink tubing, solder sleeves, crimp-termination products, and heat-shrink identification solutions, providing customers with a more complete, end-to-end interconnect solution.
Introducing Sumitomo Electric Interconnect Products enhances PEI-Genesis’ offering of connector accessories and cable management solutions developed to improve the reliability, durability, protection, and organisation of electrical interconnect systems.
These products can support a range of applications across industries, including electric power, data communications, automotive, industrial automation, medical devices, aerospace, transportation, and electronics manufacturing.
Expanding its complementary cable protection and termination technologies alongside its connector portfolio enables PEI-Genesis to continue simplifying sourcing and accelerating deployment for engineers and OEMs seeking integrated interconnect solutions from a single partner.
