The expansion will include new dates, user training sessions, and technology seminars.
Demands on modern industrial companies and employees are rising, and the conversation around further education is becoming increasingly important. As a result, the portfolio of user trainings offered at Rehm Academy is expanding
The various user trainings and seminars at the academy have already been well received by international customers, distributors, and service staff. Now, the portfolio is being expanded, along with the area of technology seminars themselves, which are being further developed at the Blaubeuren site.
The recently inaugurated training building at the Rehm Academy measures approximately 1,000 sqm and features two floors of modern seminar rooms, along with a suitable production environment.
User training focuses heavily on improving production quality, with training on hardware installation and removal, soldering process monitoring, and creating and evaluating temperature profiles during the soldering process.
The first technology seminar on temperature profiling was offered in July at the new Academy facilities in Blaubeuren. Participants received training on measurement methods and ways to achieve an optimal flow profile.
The program has been extended with an additional date, December 3, 2025, to cover the topic of reflow soldering with vacuum support.
For this on-site seminar, the Rehm development team will present the theoretical background, objectives, and influencing factors to up to 20 participants.
Those attending the seminar will benefit from the Rehm team's expertise and enhance their knowledge through guided practical workshops throughout the day.
Annalena Weiß, head of the Rehm Academy, said: “It is a highly recommended building block for employee training and for improving productivity and quality.”
